Assistant mode

Switch between the normal agent behavior and deterministic WhatsApp auto-reply mode. Saving after a switch swaps the live markdown files to the selected mode’s saved instruction set.

Mode Telegram alert target Where deterministic alerts and two-hour summaries are sent.

VIP phone numbers One E.164 number per line. VIP senders always trigger a Telegram alert in deterministic mode.

Routing and access

Choose which agent owns generic WhatsApp DMs, then restrict who can trigger it.

Target agent Direct message policy

Allowed phone numbers One E.164 number per line. In allowlist mode, only these numbers can trigger the agent.

Group policy Allowed group sender numbers Optional. If set, only these people can trigger the agent inside allowed groups.

Allowed WhatsApp group IDs One group JID per line. In group allowlist mode, only these groups can trigger the agent.
